Why choose HD?
There are many arguments for choosing to buy an HD TV and you'll find that all of the arguments make sense in one way or another. As the prices of HD Ready TV's fall, the availability of HD broadcasts increase and the HD technology improves, there's never been a better time to upgrade to that HD TV. There are however, only 2 reasons to upgrade:
Better Quality
There is a vast quality difference between a HD picture and conventional analogue TV. You can see details that you've never seen before on a standard television. The increase in clarity, sharpness and overall picture quality alone should make you switch . . . now.
Digital Transition
Most countries will be switching thier analog TV signals over to a digital one in the near future, for example, in the US the current switch date is June 2009. This means that you simply must have a digital TV to watch any kind of television.
